Financial Performance Highlights (FY 2025-26)
The Chairman addressed Members on the Company's performance for its first full year of commercial operations:
- Revenue from operations: ₹99.21 lakh (compared to ₹5.91 lakh in FY 2024-25)
- Profit before Tax: ₹13.36 lakh (compared to loss of ₹41.24 lakh in previous year)
- Profit after Tax: ₹9.91 lakh (compared to loss of ₹43.22 lakh in previous year)
- Earnings per share: ₹0.23 (compared to ₹(1.02) in previous year)
This represents the first year of positive earnings from the Company's new business vertical.
Operational Highlights
- Hydroponic facility at Industrial Model Town, Faridabad stabilized in its first full year of operation
- Naturally ventilated poly house: 1,728 sqm
- Fully automated fan-and-pad NFT house: 1,680 sqm
- Obtained licence from Food Safety and Standards Authority of India
- Supplied diverse mix of farm produce under stringent quality control
- Strengthened market outreach through digital and e-commerce strategy serving Delhi-NCR customers
Future Plans
The Board is considering an expansion plan aimed at meaningful improvement in scale of operations to meet rising market demand. The Company intends to:
- Widen product mix progressively
- Move into value-added and processed offerings
- Hydroponics remains the base platform
Auditors' Reports
Both Statutory Auditors (Jain Jain & Associates) and Secretarial Auditors (P.C. Jain & Co.) expressed unqualified opinions for financial year 2025-26 with:

Business Transacted
Two Ordinary Resolutions were passed:
