Vodafone Idea Q4 PAT at ₹51,970 Cr After AGR Relief

Vodafone Idea reported Q4FY26 PAT of ₹51,970 Cr due to a ₹55,622 Cr exceptional gain from AGR dues reassessment by DoT.
Revenue grew 2.9% YoY to ₹11,332 Cr with EBITDA at ₹4,889 Cr and ARPU reaching ₹190.
The company expanded 5G to 83 cities and increased 4G population coverage to 86.3% while subscriber base stood at 192.8 million.
Government of India holds 49% stake post conversion, with promoters Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group holding 25.64%.
