Waaree Energies FY26 EBITDA and PAT Double YoY

Waaree Energies reported FY26 revenue of ₹26,536.77 Cr, growing 83.72% YoY, with PAT surging 101.45% to ₹3,884.15 Cr.
The company achieved record annual module production of 12.6 GW and exceeded its EBITDA guidance with total EBITDA of ₹6,616.79 Cr.
Strategic initiatives included acquiring a stake in Oman's polysilicon leader and approving ₹10,100 Cr capex for new manufacturing facilities.
Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share, bringing total FY26 dividend to ₹4 per equity share.
