Additional Information

1. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 11, 2026, which commenced at 02:45 p.m. and concluded at 03:34 p.m.

3. The company operates in segments namely Heavy Engineering, Foundry, Machine shop and Others, reported consistently with internal reporting to the Chief Operating Decision Maker.

4. During the quarter, the Company recognized an ESOP expense of ₹57 lakhs under "Employee Benefits Expense" related to the ESOP Scheme 2020.

5. Figures for previous periods have been regrouped/reclassified where necessary to conform to current period classification.

Auditor's Review

M/s. Jayesh Sanghrajka & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company, issued a Limited Review Report dated August 11, 2026, stating that based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the financial results contain any material misstatement. The review was conducted in accordance with Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410 issued by ICAI.
