Websol Energy reported record FY26 results with revenue at INR 1,049 Cr (up 82% YoY) and PAT at INR 303 Cr (up 96% YoY), driven by full-year utilization of expanded capacity.
The company commissioned its second cell line, doubling capacity to 1.2 GW, and plans a TOPCon technology upgrade by Feb 2027 to increase capacity to 1.35 GW and target cell efficiency above 24.5%.
Management confirmed a strong order book of INR 1,161 Cr, a net cash surplus balance sheet, and advanced discussions to repay INR 92 Cr debt and release pledged promoter shares within 1-2 months.
Strategic focus includes evaluating a phased 4 GW integrated cell and module facility in Andhra Pradesh and backward integration into ingot and wafer manufacturing targeting the ALMM List 3 June 2028 deadline.
