Webull Corporation (NASDAQ:BULL) reported second‑quarter results that topped analyst expectations. Adjusted earnings per share were $0.05, beating the $0.04 consensus estimate. Revenue reached $198.8 million, surpassing the $165.71 million consensus and representing a 51% year‑over‑year increase from $131.5 million in the comparable prior‑year quarter. Adjusted operating profit climbed to $62.6 million from $23.3 million a year earlier, yielding a 31.5% operating margin. Adjusted net income was $43.2 million, while net income attributable to the company was $24.4 million, reversing a net loss of $28.3 million in Q2 2025.

Trading Activity

Trading‑related revenue rose 66% YoY to $147.7 million. Equity notional volume expanded 73% YoY to $279 billion. Options contracts volume increased 68% YoY to 213 million contracts and grew 34% sequentially. Customer assets totaled $28.5 billion, up 79% YoY.

Regulatory Impact

The strong performance was driven by the June 4 elimination of the Pattern Day Trader Rule, which allowed eligible customers to increase day‑trading activity from the start of the quarter.

International Expansion

During the quarter Webull launched its platform in Spain, Argentina, and Colombia, bringing its licensed presence to 35 markets globally and active trading operations in 18 markets. International funded accounts grew to approximately 810,000.

Share Repurchase

Webull repurchased and cancelled 1,820,788 Class A ordinary shares at an average price of $6.03 per share.

Market Reaction

Shares rose 7.5% in after‑hours trading on Wednesday, extending the 8.95% gain recorded during the regular session.
