Management Commentary
Performance Drivers (Q2 FY2026):
Srivats Ram, Chairman and Managing Director, attributed the strong sales growth in the second quarter to three key segments:
1. Earthmover wheels
2. Air suspension systems
3. The domestic Indian markets for cars, trucks, and tractors
Outlook (H2 FY2026):
Management provided a cautious outlook for the second half of the financial year, citing two primary concerns:
1. Inflation is a concern.
2. Growth will be affected by a higher base effect. This base effect is attributed to a GST 2.0 demand push that benefited the company in H2 of the previous financial year (H2 FY2025).
