The Board approved a ₹150 billion buyback of up to 600 million shares at ₹250 per share, representing 5.7% of paid-up equity capital.
FY26 performance showed gross revenue of ₹926.2B (up 4.0% YoY) and adjusted net income growth of 2.2% YoY, with operating cash flow at 112.6% of net income.
Q1 FY27 guidance projects IT Services revenue between $2,597M to $2,651M, implying a sequential change of -2.0% to 0% in constant currency.
