Wipro Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, reporting a 9% YoY rise in Q4 standalone net profit to ₹30.4 billion.
FY26 standalone revenue grew 4% to ₹713.5 billion, with net profit up 11% to ₹121.3 billion; consolidated net profit stood at ₹132.7 billion for the year.
The Board approved a share buyback proposal for up to 600 million shares (5.7% equity) at ₹250 per share, aggregating ₹150 billion.
Financial results were impacted by a one-time charge of ₹2.6 billion due to implementation of new Indian Labour Codes effective November 2025.
