The company undertook significant capital expenditure with ₹77.81 crore added to capital work-in-progress, expanding gross block to ₹126.18 crore. A new greenfield manufacturing facility in Indore commenced production from August 1, 2026, featuring latest machines and automation to enhance production flexibility.
Equity shares were listed on BSE Main Board from October 14, 2025, with trading symbol changing to "WORTHPERI" on NSE. Borrowings increased 114.1% to ₹40.60 crore to fund expansion plans.
Dividend Declaration
