Operational Highlights
Performance Drivers:
- Results reflect stable core operations, market and product-mix dynamics, seasonality and effects of geopolitical uncertainty
- West Asia conflict pushed polymer prices up, leading to increased average selling prices through cost pass-through and favorable product mix
- Higher input costs and supply-chain constraints weighed on H1 margins
Business Segment Performance:
- Dielectric Films: Market position strengthened in domestic and export markets with new customers coming on board and new applications in qualification
- Output from new line continues to build satisfactorily, though recurring external power disruptions slowed ramp-up during quarter
- Ultra thin and higher-end dielectric grades developed and under customer validation
- Coextruded Sheets and Formed Products: Volumes up 18% with clear market share gain due to strong execution, continued high customer satisfaction and strong customer relationships
- Coextruded Cast Films: H1 volumes lower on weak market conditions and competitive pressure, with strong revival in Q2
- Focus on new product development on revamped manufacturing line
Expansion Updates
Barjora Expansion:
- New dielectric film line commissioned on March 27, 2026
- Doubled Indian nameplate capacity to 8,000 MT annually
- Customers in India and overseas responded well to initial supplies and moved to commercial orders
- Work on developing full and enhanced product range on new line is advancing
UAE Subsidiary (Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC):
- Mechanical installation of key production equipment nearly complete
