Auditor's Review

M/s. Gokhale & Sathe LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. For the consolidated results, the review relied on management-certified financials for two subsidiaries (Yasho Industries Europe B.V. and Yasho Inc.), which had total assets of ₹6,336 lakhs and contributed significantly to revenues and profits.

Additional Notes

The financial results have been prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34 and SEBI guidelines. Previous period figures have been regrouped/reclassified where necessary to conform to current period presentation. The results are available on the company's website and the websites of BSE Ltd. and NSE Ltd.
