Operational Performance

- Revenue mix shift: Existing hospitals declined from 91% in Q1 FY26 to 73% in Q1 FY27, while new hospitals increased from 9% to 27%

Capacity and Expansion
- Current bed capacity includes newly acquired under-construction hospital in Gurugram (250 beds)
- Gurugram hospital expected to commence operations by Q1 FY2028
- Located in Central Gurugram within high-income catchment area with proximity to IGI airport
- Target ~5,000 bed capacity over next 3 years from current ~3,250 beds
