Zensar Technologies reported audited standalone FY26 net profit of ₹6,860 million, a 15.3% increase from the previous year.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹12.60 per share (630%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The results include a ₹249 million exceptional item from the statutory impact of new Labour Codes notified in November 2025.
