Key Developments and Notes

1. Tax Tribunal Order: The Hon'ble Delhi Income Tax Tribunal, vide its order dated September 3, 2026, allowed the company's claim for deduction under Sections 80-IA and 80-IB of the Income-tax Act, 1961 for Assessment Years 1995-96 to 2004-05. The company had already paid the disputed tax demand and is now entitled to a refund of ₹8.20 crores plus applicable interest. An application for consequential orders was filed with the Assessing Officer on September 28, 2026.

2. New Division Commencement: The Electrical Division of subsidiary Drivesys Systems Private Limited commenced commercial production on September 7, 2026, at its factory in Ahilyanagar Industrial Area, Maharashtra.
