Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corp – Q2 2026 Results

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation (NYSE:ZWS) reported second‑quarter 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $0.50, surpassing the analyst consensus of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter was $491 million, beating the $483.1 million estimate and representing a 10 % year‑over‑year increase from $444.5 million in the comparable period of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to $136 million, equal to 27.7 % of net sales, up from $117.9 million (26.5 % of sales) in Q2 2025; the figure excludes a $47.6 million cash refund of previously paid tariff reciprocal charges.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Todd A. Adams said the company delivered a solid second quarter and first half and is raising its outlook for the full year. For the third quarter, Zurn Elkay projects core sales growth of roughly 6 % to 7 % and adjusted EBITDA margins near 28 %. The full‑year 2026 adjusted EBITDA is forecast between $503 million and $513 million, with the midpoint of $508 million implying a year‑over‑year margin expansion of about 140 basis points, excluding tariff‑related refunds. Full‑year free cash flow is expected to be at least $350 million.

During the quarter the company repurchased 1.0 million shares for $50 million and paid $37 million in dividends. It also completed the acquisition of Intellihot, a high‑efficiency water‑heating specialist, and anticipates Intellihot sales of approximately $16 million for the remainder of 2026.
