Zydus Wellness reported Q4 FY26 net sales of ₹14,761 million, a 62.1% YoY increase, with gross margin expanding 1000 bps to 64.8%.
Adjusted PAT grew 17.0% YoY to ₹2,087 million, excluding amortization of acquired brands and exceptional items from the Alidac acquisition.
Domestic brands like Sugar Free (96.1% market share) and Everyuth (8.0% market share) showed strong performance, while international business excluding Comfort Click delivered high double-digit growth.
Strategic initiatives included the launch of new Max Protein variants, expansion into UAE and UK markets via e-commerce, and AI-powered consumer engagement campaigns.
