ASI Allocates Funds for Minority Heritage and Pilgrimage Sites

The Archaeological Survey of India oversees 3,686 protected monuments and sites, including minority heritage, with conservation funded per national policy.
Conservation and preservation are ongoing, guided by the National Policy for Conservation, 2014, with funds allocated and expended as per Annexure-I.
The Union Minister for Culture provided this data in a written reply in the Lok Sabha on funding for conservation efforts.
