Project comprises two blocks:
Block on Plot C-9: Ground + 13 floors (Ground Floor for services, three floors for podium parking, ten floors for office spaces)
Block on Plot C-8: Ground + 10 floors (Ground Floor for services, three floors for podium parking, seven floors for office spaces)
Facility capacity: Approximately 8,000 officials and staff members
Parking provision: About 1,800 Equivalent Car Spaces (ECS)
Total built-up area: 23,25,000 sqft (2,16,032 sqm)
Green building standards: Designed for minimum GRIHA 4-Star Rating
Compliance: Energy Conservation and Sustainable Building Code (ECSBC) 2024
Amenities include: Bank with ATM, Post Office, Crèche, Recreation Room, Ladies' Room, Conference Hall (100 seating capacity), Multipurpose Hall (500 seating capacity), four canteens
Employment generation:
Construction phase: Approximately 7,00,000 man-days per annum
Operational phase: Approximately 50,000 man-days per annum
Project cost: ₹1,299.08 crores
Funding source: Government of India through budgetary support under Head of Account: 4059 Capital Outlay on Public Works
Executing agency: Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs through Central Public Works Department (CPWD)
Current status: Pre-bid activities have commenced, tender documents preparation in progress
