DoT Undertakes Special Campaign 6 for Administrative Efficiency
The Department of Telecommunications is conducting Special Campaign 6 with a focus on promoting cleanliness, improving office spaces, reducing pendency, and strengthening record management across its offices and field formations. The preparatory phase runs from September 15 to 30, 2026, to identify pending VIP references, public grievances, and PG appeals for resolution during the implementation phase from October 2 to 31, 2026. Special emphasis is placed on e-waste disposal in conformity with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, and on systematic management of physical and electronic records. The campaign aims to institutionalize practices for efficient and responsive public administration, with commitments to transparency and citizen-centric service delivery.
