ECI Completes Form 17A Scrutiny in Tamil Nadu, West Bengal

Election Commission conducted post-poll scrutiny of Form 17A documents for Phase-I elections in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu.
No re-polls were recommended after scrutinizing 44,376 polling stations in West Bengal and 75,064 in Tamil Nadu.
All EVM-VVPATs are stored in secured strong rooms with two-tier security and CCTV surveillance.
Candidates' representatives were allowed to participate in scrutiny and monitor strong room premises.
