The Ministry of Textiles has extended the RoSCTL scheme for apparel and made-ups until 30th September 2026 or until the 16th Finance Commission's scheme is approved, whichever is earlier.
The RoSCTL scheme, operational since 7th March 2019, rebates all embedded state and central taxes and levies to enhance export competitiveness.
The extension continues without changes to existing guidelines and runs concurrently with the RoDTEP scheme for other textile products.
