India is hosting the First BIMSTEC Home Ministers' Meeting in New Delhi on October 13, 2026, as announced by Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah. The historic meeting represents a significant regional security initiative among BIMSTEC member states, focusing on enhanced cooperation against multiple security threats.
