Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia released a commemorative postage stamp issued by the Department of Posts, Government of India, in honor of Sant Malook Das ji on September 15, 2026. The stamp was released during the Sant Samagam event organized in memory of the saint, with attendees including saints, mahatmas, office bearers of Shri Malook Peeth Seva Sansthan Nyas, and devotees from across the country.
Minister Scindia stated that the commemorative stamp represents an effort to connect Sant Malook Das ji's message of devotion, service, and humanity with national memory. He emphasized that the saint was a devoted follower of Lord Ram who embodied principles of duty, sacrifice, truth, compassion, justice, and public welfare in his life philosophy. The timing coincided with the inauguration of Shri Ram Katha celebrations.
The Minister connected the stamp release to broader national initiatives under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, referencing the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Mahakal Lok, and the preservation of spiritual heritage sites across India. He stated that India is progressing with both economic development and cultural confidence, aiming for Viksit Bharat 2047 with human-centered development that combines compassion, economic opportunities, technology benefits, character building through education, and societal welfare.
The commemorative postage stamp serves as a medium to preserve Sant Malook Das ji's spiritual and cultural heritage as part of national memory and to connect future generations with his teachings of devotion, knowledge, compassion, and humanity.
