Scheme focuses on Brahmaputra, Barak, Teesta, and Indus basins for integrated water resource planning.
Uses modern tools including GIS, remote sensing, LiDAR and drone surveys for project accuracy.
Implemented through Brahmaputra Board, Central Water Commission and National Water Development Agency.
