India's Green Hydrogen and City Gas Expansion

The National Green Hydrogen Mission aims to establish India as a global hub for green hydrogen production, usage, and export.
Electrolyser manufacturing capacity of 3000 MW per annum has been awarded to 15 companies for green hydrogen production.
Green hydrogen production capacity of 8,62,000 MTPA is awarded to 18 companies, with 7,24,000 MTPA green ammonia for 13 fertilizer units.
The government is expanding the City Gas Distribution network, prioritizing CNG/PNG and planning hydrogen blending in pipelines.
