• MSMEs contribute 31.1% to India's GDP, 48.58% to exports, and employ 32.8 crore people across 7.47 crore enterprises.
• Government formalized 7.9 crore enterprises through Udyam portals and enhanced credit guarantee coverage to ₹10 crore under CGTMSE.
• PMEGP generated 36.3 lakh jobs through 5.8 lakh projects with ₹60,000 crore loans and ₹13,450 crore subsidy from FY22-26.
• PM Vishwakarma Scheme supported 30 lakh artisans with ₹5,050 crore loans and 25.8 lakh toolkit e-vouchers as of March 2026.
