Iran reduced oil production by roughly 400,000 barrels per day, according to U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright.
The cut is driven by storage facilities reaching capacity and limited export capabilities for Iranian crude.
Further production reductions are expected as storage fills and market access remains constrained.
