Ministry Disburses ₹7,981 Crore to 75 Lakh SC Beneficiaries

Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment disbursed ₹7,981.47 crore to over 75 lakh SC beneficiaries in FY 2025–26.
Pre Matric Scholarship Scheme for SCs saw a 21% expenditure increase compared to FY 2024–25.
Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SCs recorded an 11.23% increase in expenditure year-over-year.
SHRESHTA Scheme for SCs showed a 16% expenditure growth compared to the previous financial year.
