The event will be held at Steel Room, 3rd Floor, GPOA-3, Netaji Nagar, New Delhi from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Companies and associations wishing to participate must send an email to tech-steel[at]nic[dot]in by 26th October 2026 at 12:00 noon to secure a confirmed time slot. The registration requires specific information including company/association name, industry type and product (Auto/Aerospace/Telecom/Defense, etc.), the specific issue related to SIMS/SARAL SIMS/QCO exemption, reference of any application, a brief description of the issue (maximum 50 words), and the name, designation, and contact details of the participant.
Only one representative per organization is permitted to ensure wider participation, and third-party representation is not allowed. Walk-ins will not be accommodated due to logistic constraints. The Ministry aims to provide a platform for stakeholders to present their specific concerns regarding steel import regulations and procedures.
