Mission targets 20,000 farming households with GI-certified ginger containing 6-8% oleoresin versus global 3% average.
Initiative includes integrated processing hub, three spoke centers, and convergence of multiple ministries and agencies.
Aims to increase farmer value realization six-fold from current ₹8-15/kg to match international ₹500/kg markets.
