Distribution simplified; consumers can obtain cylinders with Aadhaar or PAN and self‑declaration, eliminating permanent address proof.
8.9 lakh cylinders delivered between March 23‑April 9, with a peak single‑day sale of over 1.1 lakh units on April 7.
Over 1,600 awareness camps were held nationwide to promote adoption and safe usage of the LPG cylinders.
