Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR) is organizing a Regional Workshop titled "Seva Se Samriddhi: Panchayat-led Service Delivery"

Collaboration partners: Common Services Centre Special Purpose Vehicle (CSC-SPV) and Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, Government of Assam
Workshop is part of sustained series of initiatives by Ministry of Panchayati Raj
Objective: Facilitate improved service delivery and strengthen Ease of Living in Grameen Bharat
Focus on empowered, accountable, and responsive Panchayati Raj Institutions and Rural Local Bodies
Participants include: Prof. S. P. Singh Baghel (Union Minister of State for Panchayati Raj), Shri Atul Bora (Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development, Government of Assam), Shri Vivek Bharadwaj (Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj)
Officials from Ministry of Panchayati Raj, CSC-SPV, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and Government of Assam will be present
Participants include: Panchayat functionaries, elected representatives, Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), State Government officials
Additional participants: Representatives from civil society organisations, academic and research institutions, organisations working in rural technology and digital public infrastructure including CSC-SPV and BHASHINI
Workshop will felicitate top-performing Gram Panchayats and Champion Common Services Centres from participating states
Deliberation topics: Strengthening Panchayat-led service delivery through digital transformation, citizen participation, innovation, multilingual governance enabled by BHASHINI, improved accessibility of public services at grassroots
Workshop format includes: Panel discussions, technical sessions, State-level experience-sharing sessions
Dedicated Host State session will spotlight innovations and service delivery models from Assam's Sewa Setu initiative
