MoSPI Launches First Annual Survey of Incorporated Services Sector

The National Statistical Office launches the first Annual Survey of Incorporated Services Sector Enterprises (ASISSE) for FY 2024-25, covering 1.21 lakh enterprises.
The survey, using GSTN data as a sampling frame, aims to create a comprehensive database for the services sector, which contributes over 50% to India's GDP.
An explainer document, 'Know Your Survey', has been released to guide respondents and ensure compliance with the survey conducted under the Collection of Statistics Act.
