Fund aims to scale outcomes-based financing linking investments directly to verified employment outcomes for low-income youth.
Builds on successful Skill Impact Bond pilot which trained 34,000 youth with 76% placement and 62% retention rates.
Fund will focus on high-growth sectors including IT-ITeS, BFSI, automotive, healthcare, logistics, green jobs, and electronics.
