NHRC announces its 12th annual short film competition on human rights, with a submission deadline of June 30, 2026.
Films must be 3-10 minutes long, in English or Indian languages with English subtitles, covering various human rights themes.
There is no entry fee, and entries can be submitted via Google Drive to nhrcshortfilm@gmail.com with a filled form.
