Rajya Sabha Chairman C.P. Radhakrishnan administered oath to newly elected member Nitish Kumar from Bihar.
The oath ceremony was attended by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and several other ministers and parliamentarians.
The event took place in Parliament House with senior Rajya Sabha Secretariat officials present.
