The National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC), under the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, has issued Corrigendum-6 dated 26 October 2026 and Corrigendum-7 dated 28 October 2026 for the e-auction of land parcels belonging to Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Through Corrigendum-6, NLMC has withdrawn 35 plots from the auction process due to a judicial court order prohibiting their sale. These plots will not be offered for sale under the original Request for Proposal dated 31 August 2026, with detailed information about the withdrawn plots provided in the annexed schedule.
Corrigendum-7 revises the auction schedule, extending the last date for registration and submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to 1 November 2026 until 8:00 PM. The e-auction for the remaining available plots is now scheduled for 3 November 2026 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Property inspection continues to be available subject to prior appointment, and the Letter of Acceptance will be issued to selected bidders after the auction.
NLMC is facilitating the monetization of surplus land and non-core assets of Central Public Sector Enterprises and other government entities in coordination with asset-owning organizations. The RINL land e-auction provides an opportunity for interested bidders to participate in a transparent and competitive online process. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP and subsequent corrigenda remain unchanged except as specifically modified by these latest corrigenda.
