NSQF: 1.4 Crore Trained, 3122 Active Qualifications

Over 1.4 crore candidates trained in the last three years and current year up to 31.12.2025, including 7.28 lakh in Tamil Nadu.
As of 31.12.2025, 9,549 qualifications are NSQF-aligned, with 3,122 active (502 NOS, 268 micro-credentials, 678 future qualifications in AI/ML, IoT, etc.).
NSQF, launched in 2013 and rationalized in 2023, integrates vocational and general education, with 36 Sector Skill Councils and industry partnerships.
