PM Janjatiya Vikas Mission: 4,172 VDVKs Sanctioned, MSP for 87 MFPs

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs implements Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission (PMJVM) through TRIFED and state agencies in 25 states and 3 UTs.
Under PMJVM, 4,172 VDVKs sanctioned cover 12.48 lakh tribal members and Rs. 619.17 crores; 2,817 VDVKs operational with Rs. 158 crore sales.
The Ministry has fixed MSP for 87 Minor Forest Produces and provides funds for infrastructure like godowns and cold storage.
