The next of kin of each deceased person will receive ₹2 lakh, while injured persons will receive ₹50,000. The announcement was made through the Prime Minister's official social media account, where he stated: "An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000."
