Under PMAY-G, 2.99 crore houses have been completed against a target of 4.95 crore by 2029, with 4.15 crore allocated and 3.90 crore sanctioned.
A total of ₹4.03 lakh crore has been transferred to beneficiaries via Direct Benefit Transfer, ensuring timely construction support and reducing leakages.
The scheme uses AI-driven monitoring, geo-tagging, and Aadhaar authentication for transparency and to prevent fraud, ensuring only eligible households benefit.
