The President of India has appointed three judicial officers as Additional Judges to the Andhra Pradesh High Court in exercise of powers conferred by the Constitution of India. The appointments were made in consultation with the Chief Justice of India. The three appointees are Smt. Sunitha Gandham, Shri Alapati Giridhar, and Shri Purushottam Kumar Chintalapudi @ Ch. Purushottama Kumar. The official notification was issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice through the Press Information Bureau, Delhi on July 3, 2026, with release ID 2280666.
