The President's Secretariat announced a scheduled visit of the President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu, to the state of Odisha. The visit is set to take place over three days, from August 3 to August 5, 2026. The official itinerary includes a ceremony to inaugurate the Jagadguru Kripalu University in Cuttack on the first day of the visit, August 3. On the following day, August 4, the President is scheduled to undertake a train journey from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur. This segment of the visit will include performing darshan and aarti at the Maa Kandhuni Devi Temple and the Shiva Temple located at Taptapani.
