Rajya Sabha Chairman Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office to re-elected member Shri Neeraj Dangi, who represents the state of Rajasthan, in the Parliament House. The oath was administered in Hindi on June 22, 2026. Several senior parliamentary figures were present during the ceremony, including Deputy Chairman Shri Harivansh, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju, Leader of the House Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda (who also serves as Minister of Health and Family Welfare, and Chemicals and Fertilizers), Member Shri Jairam Ramesh, and Secretary General Shri P. C. Mody. Senior officers of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat also attended the oath-taking event, which represents routine parliamentary procedure for newly elected or re-elected members.
