Today's MSF and SDF operations injected ₹816 crore at 5.50% and ₹1,32,787 crore at 5.00% respectively, adding to liquidity.
Outstanding repo operations totalling ₹166,540 crore across 3‑, 7‑ and 90‑day tenors were priced at 5.26%–5.34%, supporting short‑term funding market.
Cash reserves of banks stood at ₹7,84,199 crore on March 22, while the government's surplus cash balance for auction was ₹25,101 crore.
