RBI Money Market Volume ₹6.25 Lakh Cr

RBI reported total overnight money market volume of 6,25,032.87 crore rupees on April 6, 2026, with weighted average rate 4.79%.
Call money contributed 20,358.41 crore at 5.08% average rate, while triparty repo accounted for 4,13,531.45 crore at 4.78% rate.
RBI injected net liquidity of -₹3.95 lakh crore, including MSF ₹150 crore at 5.50% and SDF ₹5.24 lakh crore at 5.00%.
Cash reserves of banks were ₹7.58 lakh crore on April 6, 2026, with CRR ₹7.76 lakh crore for the fortnight ending April 15.
