The RBI conducted an overnight variable rate reverse repo (VRRR) auction on 10 September 2026. The notified amount for the operation was ₹6,00,000 crore. Total offers received amounted to ₹3,96,694 crore, and the entire ₹3,96,694 crore was accepted. The cut‑off rate and the weighted average rate were both 5.24 per cent. No partial acceptance of offers at the cut‑off rate was reported.
