Meeting attended by Smt. Swati Sharma and Smt. Jayashree M.G., Joint Secretaries, along with senior officers of Rural Livelihoods Division and National Mission Management Unit (NMMU)
Review focused on Mission's strategy to facilitate emergence of six crore Lakhpati Didis through enterprise promotion, enhanced livelihood opportunities, and improved access to financial services
Mission directed to adopt saturation-based approach rather than focusing solely on coverage levels
Emphasis on continuous monitoring of partnerships and key performance indicators for timely achievement of Lakhpati Didi targets
Directive to provide adequate capacity building, training, and handholding support to Self-Help Group (SHG) members
She MARTs to be established at locations with high commercial activity with robust backward and forward market linkages
Comprehensive calendar of activities to be prepared and adhered to for timely implementation
Recognition and reward mechanisms directed for outstanding contributions of SHG members, Community Level Federations (CLFs), individual entrepreneurs, Community Resource Persons (CRPs), and other stakeholders
SHG Loan Application Platform to be finalized and rolled out at the earliest
Collaboration with NABARD and SIDBI to be strengthened to enhance access to credit and financial services for SHG members
Mission to intensify marketing of SHG products and explore larger collaborations with platforms such as ONDC
All operational guidelines to be finalized in consultation with relevant stakeholders and issued timely
