SGB 2020-21 Series‑I Premature Redemption Price ₹15,124

RBI announces premature redemption of SGB 2020-21 Series‑I on April 28 2026, the first redemption after the fifth year.
Redemption price set at ₹15,124 per unit, based on simple average of 999‑purity gold closing prices for April 23, 24 and 27 2026.
The price calculation follows GOI notification F.No.4(4)-B(W&M)/2020 dated April 13 2020, which permits redemption after five years from issue date April 28 2020.
